Hi I’m Ryan Farrell, your personal Estate Agent based in Gravesend. Throughout my time working in the property industry, I have developed thorough knowledge of the housing market in Kent. About the local area
Gravesend lies on the right bank of the River Thames downstream from London, being a really popular location for a lot of buyers who commute to London as you are only ever a short drive from Ebbsfleet international station. Where you can have a direct link into London in around 18 minutes.
Gravesham as a whole is a beautiful location as you also have the surrounding villages such as, Istead Rise, Meopham, Shorne, Cobham and Higham which have that semi rural feel whilst still being close enough to the A2/M2 and M25 motorway.
